Nutritionnist-dietician offered by Équipe nutrition ($)
Consultation services with a nutritionist allow you to adopt healthy eating habits and optimize your diet in a realistic and personalized way.
- Healthy and sustainable weight loss
- Increased athletic performance
- Prevention and management of health problems (diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, osteoporosis, irritable bowel, etc.)
The first consultation includes:
- a nutritional assessment and a review of eating habits
- a list of recommendations based on tastes, lifestyle, and health or performance goals
- a personalized nutritional guide containing the recommendations and their steps to follow.
